COVID-19 POLICY CHANGE
Due to unprecedented times, we are offering a policy change.
We are extending a return policy. You will receive a full refund within 10 days of shipping date.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
All original tags must remain attached.
Item(s) must be in original condition and unworn.
Return must include original invoice and returns form obtained from customer service.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. All swimwear and undergarments are final sale.
We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your item within 10 days of shipping date and placing a new order.
SHIPPING & PICK UP
During this time we are not offering a pick up option but have waived all outbound shipping fees within Canada. Return shipping fees will need to be addressed by purchaser.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We work hard to get all orders out on the same day, however during busy periods handling time may be extended to 2 days. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at [email protected]
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email [email protected] immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Corbo Studio accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring redirection feed. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).
As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. On the rare occasion that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
