Please note: Corbo Studio cannot be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the delivery of your order at your country.
There are no exchanges however we offer store credit within ten days of your purchase.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. All swimwear and undergarments are final sale. If returned, the hygiene sticker for undergarments must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. Corbo Studio reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN:
Contact Corbo Studio via [email protected] and notify us of your intended return, we will then provide you with a returns form and returns address to proceed. Returns cannot be accepted without a returns form.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Corbo Studio cannot be held liable for any lost packages. Once received, your credit note will be processed within 3 business days. Please note: Your credit note will be kept on file and must be used within one year of purchase.
Corbo Studio does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We work hard to get all orders out on the same day, however during busy periods handling time may be extended to 2 days. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at [email protected]
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email [email protected] immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Corbo Studio accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring redirection feed. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).
As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. On the rare occasion that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
